Treasury & Community Voting Are Live — The Full Notice
Every detail of what went live on day one: the exact treasury vault, how 100% of creator fees route on-chain, how holder-verified balance-weighted voting works, what's live versus rolling out, and how to verify all of it yourself.

This is the long version — the notice. The announcement gives you the headline; this page gives you every wire and bolt behind it, with the addresses to check it yourself. Nothing here asks for your trust. All of it is on-chain or in your own wallet.
The two things that went live
1) The treasury — 100% of $SYLVO's creator fees now route automatically, on-chain, to a community multisig vault instead of a personal wallet. 2) Community voting — holders steer SYLVO through balance-weighted votes, verified by a wallet signature with no transaction and no fees.
1. The treasury vault — exact address, exact behavior
SYLVO's creator fees from every Pump.fun trade no longer land in a founder's wallet. They route to a Squads v4 multisig vault — a smart-contract account that holds funds and requires signer approval to move them. This is configured permanently through Pump.fun's own fee-sharing setup, which means it isn't a promise that can be quietly reversed.
Treasury vault (verify on Solscan)
6VUesaKcJfVpi7LxV56iWVrYvekDamcMcMVEF8h21Zs5 — paste this into solscan.io and watch the balance grow with trading volume. Every lamport that arrives, and every one that ever leaves, is public.
Two addresses matter, and they are deliberately separate so you can audit both:
- Community treasury vault —
6VUesaKcJfVpi7LxV56iWVrYvekDamcMcMVEF8h21Zs5. Destination for 100% of creator fees. Community-governed. - Founder runway wallet — separate, capped, and not topped up by the fee stream beyond the agreed runway. The fee flow goes to the vault, not here.
- Token mint —
F6J8U9GSJHi4TdS2W6ELtA7aKKgk5anhmnwudyonpump. This is the $SYLVO contract address itself.
2. How to verify the treasury yourself (90 seconds)
- 1Open solscan.io and search the vault address
6VUesaKcJfVpi7LxV56iWVrYvekDamcMcMVEF8h21Zs5. - 2Check the SOL balance and the transaction history — every inflow from the fee config and every outflow is listed.
- 3Open the $SYLVO mint
F6J8U9GSJHi4TdS2W6ELtA7aKKgk5anhmnwudyonpumpand confirm Mint Authority: revoked and Freeze Authority: none — nobody can print new supply or freeze your wallet. - 4Cross-check on pump.fun's coin page that the fee recipient / distribution points at the vault.
3. Community voting — what it is and how it runs
Holders now decide direction through balance-weighted voting run by the SYLVO bot (@ask_sylvanus_bot) in the Telegram portal. Anyone can propose; verified holders vote; the weight of each vote equals that wallet's live $SYLVO balance at the moment the vote is cast. It costs nothing and touches no transaction.
- Propose — any member can submit an idea with
/suggest. Suggestions are collected openly. - Promote to a vote — a suggestion that has traction becomes a formal proposal with
/proposal. - Vote — verified holders vote with one tap; weight = live balance.
- Close — when a proposal ends, the tallied, balance-weighted result is recorded.
4. How holder verification works — signature, not a transaction
To prove you hold $SYLVO without exposing yourself to any risk, SYLVO uses a message signature, not a transaction. You never approve a transfer, never pay a fee, and never grant spend permission. The flow:
- 1DM @ask_sylvanus_bot and send
/verify. The bot replies with a one-time link to sylvo.fun/verify carrying a unique nonce. - 2On that page, connect your wallet — Phantom, Solflare, or Backpack are supported — and sign the message
SYLVO holder verification\nNonce: <your-nonce>. - 3The page hands you a short code (your public key + the signature). Paste it back to the bot.
- 4The bot verifies the signature cryptographically, checks your on-chain $SYLVO balance, and marks you a verified Sylvan. Done.
Why a signature is safe
Signing a message proves you control the wallet. It is not a transaction: it cannot move funds, cannot approve spending, and costs zero SOL. If any 'verify' flow ever asks you to approve a transfer, it's a scam — ours never will.
5. Vote weight & sybil resistance — the exact rules
The voting system is designed so that buying influence means actually holding $SYLVO, and gaming it doesn't work:
- Weight = live balance. Your vote counts for as much $SYLVO as you hold at the instant you vote — not at verification time. The balance is re-checked on every vote.
- Sell and you lose weight. If you dump after verifying, your influence drops with your bag. Skin in the game is the whole point.
- Splitting wallets gives zero advantage. Ten wallets with 1/10th each carry the same total weight as one wallet — the system sums real balance, so sybil-splitting is pointless.
- Only verified holders count. Unverified accounts and zero-balance wallets carry no weight.
6. Bot commands you can use right now
/verify— start holder verification (DM the bot)./suggest <idea>— submit a proposal idea./proposal— view the active proposal and vote./myholding— check the balance the bot sees for your verified wallet./contract·/token— the official $SYLVO contract address and links./migration·/rules— treasury status and group rules.
7. What's live today vs. what's rolling out
Honesty is the brand, so here's the exact line between done and not-yet-done. No rounding up.
Live now
100% creator-fee routing to the community vault (permanent, on-chain) · the Squads multisig vault itself · holder-verified, balance-weighted community sentiment voting · the verification page · the bot commands above · mint authority revoked · freeze authority none.
Rolling out as the community grows
The community 3-of-5 signer set (the 'Five Trees') · the on-chain founder runway cap enforced via Squads Spending Limit + a non-cancelable Streamflow stream · binding on-chain Realms governance that executes votes automatically. Today's voting is community sentiment that the team acts on; it becomes self-executing when Realms is funded and live.
8. The founder cap — the number and the enforcement
The founder draw is a runway, not a salary, and it's denominated in SOL so the team rides the same wave as holders. The model the community is finalizing:
- Cap: 1,000 SOL per month, maximum — a ceiling on operations, awareness, and survival costs, not a target.
- Enforced by a Squads Spending Limit plus a non-cancelable Streamflow stream, so the cap is mechanical, not a pinky-promise.
- Signers: a 3-of-5 community multisig — the 'Five Trees' — with one locked seat and four community-voted seats.
- Everything above the runway stays in the community vault, headed for treasury growth and verified tree planting.
9. Token facts, fixed and checkable
- Contract:
F6J8U9GSJHi4TdS2W6ELtA7aKKgk5anhmnwudyonpump - Supply: 1,000,000,000 $SYLVO (fixed).
- Mint authority: revoked — no new tokens can ever be created.
- Freeze authority: none — your wallet can never be frozen.
- Launch: Pump.fun, 2026-05-29.
10. A note on anonymity
SYLVO is built and spoken about in the plural on purpose. The project is designed to stand on its mechanics, not on a personality — the addresses, the code, and the on-chain config are the things that matter, and all of them are public. The point is the opposite of most launches: you don't have to trust a face, because everything that holds your money is verifiable without one.
“Don't trust. Verify.”
